Customer service specialist

Responsibilities:

Supporting Company products and clients.
Respond to customer requests and troubleshoot problems.
Testing and supporting new applications.
Supporting internal development process.

Requirements:

University degree or current study.
Advanced PC user. Good knowledge of Office applications.
Basic knowledge of SQL, Linux is an advantage.
Proficiency in Russian or Romanian, spoken English.
No working experience required, full training provided.
Good analytical skills and problem-solving mind set
Self-motivated, open-minded, eager to learn.

The following skills would be a plus, but not necessary:

Knowledge of German or Spanish.
Experience in IT/Telecommunication field.
Customer support experience.
