Head of Automation, Chisinau

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design, development, maintenance and implementation of information systems aimed at solving IT tasks;
Analysis of business processes with a view to their subsequent automation, development of technical specifications, testing of software, and compilation of analytical reports;
Reengineering and automation of business processes using 1C:Enterprise configuration objects;
Provide assistance to user departments of the enterprise in implementing and setting up automated CRM, ERP systems, including the use of artificial intelligence technologies;
Creation of front-end and back-end architecture and design of IT systems;
Organization of information storage;
Development of reports and processing;
Writing programs/plugins/scripts;
Improve software development process, prevent defects, and identify errors in IT systems operation;
Team leader - oversee the IT department.

REQUIREMENTS:

Higher technical education;
Understanding of the fundamentals of business processes such as production, procurement, sales, and warehouse management;
Experience in analyzing relevant business processes to improve their efficiency;
Experience in coordinating process automation requirements and drafting technical specifications;
Experience in the projects of business processes optimization and automation;
Experience working with automated ERP systems, preferably 1C ERP;
Understanding of programming algorithms and Software development life cycle;
Experience in software development, preferably using 1C language;
Technical English language proficiency;
Strong communication and analytical skills;
Experience in team management is preferred.
