It business analyst/ project manager it

Posta Romana SRL, a subsidiary of Romanian Post in Romania, is seeking a new colleague to fill the position of IT Business Analyst / IT Project Manager.
You will be responsible for implementing two software projects (ERP and Postal Software), working efficiently with all stakeholders involved in the implementation and support process of the projects.

Responsibilities:
- Implementation of business processes in the ERP system, including all implementation stages from bidding to analysis, development, and system support.
- Coordinating and managing projects within established timelines and budget constraints.
- Effective communication with internal teams and clients to establish project objectives, define requirements, and evaluate progress.
- Identifying and managing risks, issues, and changes that may affect projects, ensuring appropriate corrective measures are taken.
- Coordinating internal and external resources required for projects, ensuring efficient allocation and proper task assignment.
- Monitoring and reporting project progress to relevant stakeholders, ensuring transparency and continuous communication.

Requirements:
- Experience in managing ERP system development projects or software projects in the IT field.
- Knowledge of business analysis and understanding of business processes specific to the software industry.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and clients.
- Ability to identify and manage risks and changes within projects.
- Results-oriented with attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines and established budgets.
- Experience in using project management tools and methodologies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both Romanian and English languages.
