Senior php developer

IT Company XAIRO is looking for an experienced Senior PHP Developer and/or other PHP Frameworks, to join our growing team. As a Senior Developer, you will be responsible for helping to drive the development of sophisticated SAAS based payment solutions.

The right candidate will possess senior level PHP experience with a well-rounded software development background. We expect this position to spend their time in the following manner: 50% coding, 30% architecting, and 20% team communication.

What you'll be doing:
- Write efficient, testable, and reusable code
- Solve complex performance problems and architectural challenges
- Work closely with our developers and product owners in an agile team
- Help to troubleshoot, test and maintain the product
- Follow company coding standards
- Perform code reviews and mentor your peers
- Cover your code with tests

What we are looking for:
- At least 5 years of the development experience
- Strong PHP, PHP Web frameworks (Laravel, Symphony) and OOP skills
- Javascript experience is a plus (React, Angular)
- Experience with microservices
- Strong REST API development experience
- Good knowledge of relational databases
- Experience with frameworks like Symfony, Laravel, Lumen
- AWS (SQS, Lambda, RDS,etc)
- Scalable application architecture knowledge
- Working with the high-load systems
- Understanding of security threats and “security by design” principles
- Understanding of software development life cycle
- Experience in code review
- Be ready to work in the fast-growing environment
