Pure is a dating app for shameless dating all over the world. We are sure that dating is not about endless swipes, but a game in which there are no losers. Every day we try to change the experience of dating people in different countries, join us too.
Key responsibilities:
Deal with user complaints in system chat, identify the root causes and promptly find solutions to correct them;
Answer user letters in the customer service system provided by the Company, help users with their tech or other issues, provide customers comprehensive information about Company’s services and products;
Analyze users queries, check the information from users in different systems (admin-panel, analytical system, Google console, users logs system, payment merchant system) and make a decision about posting the problem in corporate chat to resolve it with developers/product managers;
Resolving financial chargeback disputes.
About you:
You have upper-intermediate or higher level of English;
would be a plus if you know additional foreign languages (French or German);
You have IT or foreign languages/linguistics higher education;
Experience working on support manager positions in IT B2C companies.
