Ui/ux designer

Responsibilities:
- Designing intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces (UI) for web and mobile applications.
- Conducting user research, creating user personas, and developing user journey maps.
- Developing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Collaborating closely with product managers and developers to iterate on designs based on user feedback and technical constraints.
- Ensuring consistent branding and design language across all digital touchpoints.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UI/UX design, preferably in the IT industry.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects with a focus on user-centered design solutions.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, InVision, etc.
- Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping purposes.
- Experience conducting user testing and usability studies.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present and justify design decisions to stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
