Web Designer

Digital Grup Ltd. is providing full IT support for the progressive and successful American company that focuses on e-commerce solutions.
The office in Chisinau operates on the market for more than 19 years now and there are about 50 staff members currently employed for the company: programmers, designers, marketing specialists, etc. We are expanding our team and looking for talented professionals who would like to join our company and become part of the future for global e-commerce solutions.
Key responsibilities:

Create visually engaging and consistent designs that align with our brand guidelines
Develop unique design concepts that effectively communicate our brand message and values
Design graphic materials for marketing purposes (presentations, web banners, infographics, etc.), and various graphic elements (such as illustrations, schemes, icons, etc.)
Maintain and evolve our brand identity by ensuring design consistency across all touchpoints
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product management, to understand project requirements and deliver impactful design solutions.

About you:

1+ years of professional hands-on experience
Work experience in the company, style, knowledge of programs: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Adobe InDesign, Flash
Knowledge and experience in web design, UI/UX Design, Figma, HTML, Adobe After Effects will be an advantage
Ability to quickly understand and explain the ramifications of design decisions
Ability to clearly and effectively communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions
Strong at developing and conveying ideas clearly in a written and visual format - making business concepts and data visually engaging.
