US Express Carriers LLC - an American trucking company is looking for an After-Hours Manager.

Requirements:

Very high negotiation and communication skills
Advanced English speaker
Knowledge of Driver's HOS hours of service
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Applications
Stress resistance and ability to manage and remain result-oriented in non-standard situations
Attentive in detail, responsible, and focus minded
Desire to develop, grow, and work in a team
Able to work in a specific time frame 23:00 to 8:00 am
Rest days: Tuesday and Saturday

Responsibilities:

Provide assistance to truck drivers (directional guidance, location updates, booking cargoes, transmitting information to the warehouse for the next day, communicating with drivers)
Calculating the driver's route and verifying if the cargo was delivered on time.
Record and report all the cases
