HR Manager

Responsibilities:

Recruitment process for local and international staff
Performance management evaluation
Management of employee relationship
Revision, drafting and implementation of policies and procedures, staff handbook and staff clearance forms
Revision and drafting of job descriptions
Supervision of the maintenance of professional standards in the school
Staff Appraisal Policies - implementation and development
To collaborate with local and international authorities
To Coordinate all the HR processes
To organise team building events, parties, and corporate presents

Requirements:

Diploma in Human resources / Law / Economy
Romanian, Russian, English languages (fluent)
Experience in HR minimum 5 years
Good communication skills
Computer skills
