Orange Systems is looking for a new team-mate as a Recruitment Coordinator to ensure the best employment experience for Orange employees/candidates and provide on-time sourcing.
what you will be doing:
Coordinate Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Promote Company Reputation: Enhance and uphold the company’s reputation as the best place to work by delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
Implement Best Practices: Actively identify and implement recruiting best practices to attract top talent and streamline the hiring process.
Coordinate Full Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Interviewing: Conduct interviews using reliable personnel selection tools and methods to ensure a fair and effective hiring process.
Social Media Recruitment: Actively use social media platforms to attract new candidates, advertise open positions, and build relationships with potential candidates.
People Development Initiatives: Contribute to people development initiatives, including competency frameworks and career development programs to support employee growth and retention.
what we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field and previous experience in recruitment are mandatory
clear understanding of the end to end recruitment lifecycle
Minimum 2 years of experience in IT recruitment
strong communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade across all levels of the organization, exercising a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism, tact and diplomacy
ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment with shifting priorities and multiple deadlines
creative and capable of thinking outside-the-box person
proficient computer skills
fluency in both written and spoken Romanian, Russian and English
