Ruby developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a Ruby Developer with strong backend development experience to help build and scale our applications. You’ll collaborate closely with other developers, designers, and product managers to develop innovative software solutions. Responsibilities:
- Write clean, maintainable, and efficient Ruby code.
- Design robust, scalable, and secure features.
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems.
- Collaborate with team members to create innovative solutions to challenging problems.
- Maintain and improve existing Ruby applications.

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with Ruby on Rails.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
- Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, CSS).
- Experience with Git version control.
- Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
