Sales Supervisor ($2,500+, Business Class Only)

Intro
We are a fast-growing online travel agency looking for a Team Leader to manage our remote teams.
Responsibilities

Coach agents by listening to their calls and giving them instructions on how to sell better
Enforce rules and guidelines, check everything your team does, be 100% in charge
Manage performance, conduct 1-on-1s, answer questions, solve conflicts (training provided)
Conduct weekly meetings where you teach the whole team
Help find flight options in the GDS (training provided)

Work Conditions

salary between $1,500 and $3,000+ depending on your performance
possibility to go fully remote in the future

Desired Experience

at least 12 months of experience as a travel consultant (sales)

Will be considered

candidates with similar experience in sales (not travel), but you will start your onboarding as a sales agent for 1-3 months in order to learn the basics
candidates with no sales experience, but you will start your onboarding as a sales agent for 1-6 months
