Position Overview: As a Help Desk Specialist at our Chisinau office, you will be the first line of support, responsible for assisting our employees with technical issues and ensuring the smooth operation of IT systems. This role is pivotal in maintaining high standards of service, troubleshooting issues, and providing timely solutions to technical problems. Working closely with the IT team, you will focus on addressing support requests, managing system updates, and maintaining a secure and efficient IT environment.
Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting and support in endpoint users.
- Troubleshooting on a corporate LAN.
- Network planning, configuration of network equipment.
- Administration and setup VMware ESXI, VCenter
- Administration of Office 365 - must
- Administration Azure AD, AD
- Customer support, switches & routers
- Mikrotik, FortiGate, Ubiquity Unify AP Ubiquity switches - Advantage!
- Setup and support Windows servers - must
- Setup and support Linux servers – must
Qualifications:
- Proven experience and success in similar positions.
- Experience with or knowledge of programming languages and operating systems, current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, systems performance-monitoring tools, active directories, virtualization, HTTP traffic, content delivery, and caching
- Experience in project management, application design and integration, and cloud computing (specifically Microsoft Azure)
- Expertise in analyzing and repairing large-scale distributed systems; creating volumes and assigning them to servers; and remote replication.
