About the Role:
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented UX/UI Designerto join our team and take ownership of the design process for a new B2B platform. You will be responsible for crafting user-centric designs, improving user interactions, and ensuring a seamless and intuitive experience for platform users. This role involves close collaboration with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to transform business needs into visually appealing, functional user interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
User Research & Personas:

Conducted user researchand developed personas to guide design decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate user requirements.

UX/UI Design:

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designsfor web and mobile platforms.
Ensure consistency in layouts, navigation, and interaction flowsacross the platform.
Design responsive and adaptive interfacesfor multiple devices and screen sizes.

Collaboration:

Work closely with product and engineering teams to align designs with business goals and technical constraints.
Participate in design reviewsand iterate based on feedback to enhance the user experience.
Maintain and update design systems and style guidesto ensure a cohesive visual identity.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience:

Proven experience (3+ years) as a UX/UI designer, with a portfolio showcasing user-centered design solutions.
Experience in designing dashboardsfor high-load platformsor enterprise-level applications is highly desirable.
Prior experience working on B2B platformsis a plus.

Skills:

Proficiency in Figma, Sketch.
Strong understanding of usability principles, interaction design, and accessibility standards.
Ability to create clean, functional, and modern interfaces.
Expertise in responsive designand mobile-first approaches.

Soft Skills:

Excellent communication and presentation skillsfor justifying design decisions.
Ability to work independentlyand collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detailand problem-solving abilities.
